1. Conscious force, if it is conscious, is not separate from me. The very idea of self and consciousness as being somehow at odds with one another is flawed. What is truly conscious is already in unity. So it’s my perception of a separation between myself and consciousness that is already false.

2. The task is to always return to God, who is always here, and perhaps not even talk about the energy, but just be with it.

3. How do I sit with my reaction and not go with it? How do I go about allowing what another brings in a right way without rejecting them? Not so easy.
