Glory-Element 9

Glory is the element most used for celebration and worship in the City of Heaven. It appears in every ceremony, incorporated into a Golden Orb which shields the absolute nature of its emanations and prevents direct exposure; for to receive direct emanations of The Glory reduces inferior parts of creation to a liquid state from which it takes weeks to recover. Only Archangels and Archdaemons can gaze directly on pure Glory without having to reconstitute.

Glory always occurs naturally in conjunction with Suffering and Love, forming the complex crystalline structure known as Klewõsite. This extremely hard and durable composite mineral is used as foundations for all of the Great Buildings in the City of Heaven, including the One Building in which the Multiverse is made manifest. Only Klewõsite is known to be durable enough to carry the staggering weights involved, which are said to be infinite.
