Exact measurement

Another measurement poem.

How many angels
Can you fit
On the head of a pin?

...All of them,
If it’s a large one.

But you only get one angel,
Maybe two,
No matter how big your pin is;

The extra space
On every pin
Is reserved for devils—
And they come in dozens,
boxed like eggs.

Keep things small, then:
Remember 
That the mathematics
Shows no mercy.
